 Across the Wire - November Newsletter In publishing this monthly newsletter our goal is to provide valuable insight into IT related activities, and to highlight upcoming initiatives that will keep our college moving forward. November begins with Parents Weekend activities! The IT department plays a key support role in the Parent and Apache events this month as dedicated media services staff are installing sound and data systems in various locations around the campus to facilitate entertainment needs. Several new faces have found their way to the IT department: Lenny Vaughan (PC/LAN Specialist), Kathy Blair (Help Desk Specialist), and Clinton Buelter (IT Training Coordinator). Take time to welcome them as we look forward to their valuable contributions to the organization. NEW! - Training Resources Channel When you log into Apache Access and go to your “Work Life” tab you will see a new channel the IT department has provided to the College. This channel is devoted to IT related training resources covering everything from GroupWise to Microsoft Office functions. Check out the channel and stay tuned for additional resources to come! |
