Attention Current Students: The Registrars Office will not print unofficial transcripts. Your unofficial transcript can be obtained in Apache Access. For instruction on how to print one, please go to the bottom of this page. How do I get transcript(s) if I am not able to come to campus? 1. Fax Request:
Fax a written request to (903) 510-2634. The request should include name, student A#, and or social security number, current address, phone number, last date of attendance at Tyler Junior College, birth date, where the transcript needs to be mailed to (i.e. Name of institution, complete address, and office that needs to receive transcript), if the transcript needs to be official (with college seal) or unofficial and your signature. 2. Written Request (Mail):

Can an official copy of my transcript be faxed? No, a faxed transcript is not an official transcript.
I have a hold on my file, how to do I have this removed? | Advising Holds: | speak to an Academic Advisor for removal of this hold. | | Business Service Hold: | money is owed to the college and this hold can only be removed by the Business Service office. | | Campus Safety Hold: | Campus Safety will need to remove this hold. (This generally means you have a parking ticket.)
| | Financial Aid Hold: | Financial Aid will need to remove this hold. If it is an Exit Counseling hold, click on the link below which will take you to the Stafford Exit Counseling page. After completing the Exit Counseling Session, you will need to contact Financial Aid and give them your confirmation number and resubmit your transcript request to the Registrar's office. Click here for Exit Counseling | | Transcript Hold: | a high school or college transcript from your previous institution(s) has not been received. In order to lift this hold we must receive the transcript(s) from those listed institutions that have caused the hold. TJC allows for one (1) academic semester of enrollment while waiting on the official transcript(s). However, you will not be able to register for the following semester or obtain a TJC transcript until all transcripts are received.
| (High School transcripts must have a graduation date posted and must be mailed or walked-in to be considered official. If you sent your transcript before graduation you must send another with the posted graduation date.)
If I have a hold on my file can I have a transcript sent? If you have a Business Service, Campus Safety or transcript hold on your file a transcript request will not be completed on your behalf. In addition, you will be unable to view or print your unofficial transcript through Apache Access.
Where can I view my grades? Grades can be viewed through Apache Access. You must have your A number and a password to view the grades. If you have forgotten your password steps are provided on the Apache Access log-in page to have your password reset. Grades can be located through the View Grades screen or Academic Transcript.
How to Print Out & or View your Unofficial Transcript In order for you to see and or print your unofficial transcript, you will need to go to Apache Access and sign-in. But, in order to view or to print your transcript, you must not have a hold that would prevent you from accessing it. (Types of holds would be: Financial Aid, Business Services, Parking Tickets, Library Fines, etc.) After logging into Apache Access, you will then need to go to the following links and steps: -

4th Step - Select Transcript Level: Either All Levels or Undergraduate -
5th Step - Then select the Transcript Type: Either Advising or Unofficial, then click Submit How to Print Out & or View your Semester Schedule
In order for you to see and to print out your current semester schedule you will need to go to Apache Access and sign-in and go to the following link: -
1st link - Click on "Printable Schedule" -
2nd - Then select a Term, Such as Fall 2009 (View Only) then click submit.
